Warren focuses his practice on assisting high net worth domestic and international clients with various aspects of estate planning, trust formation and the management of family businesses. Additionally, Warren advises grantors and beneficiaries of trust and estates, corporate and individual trustees, closely-held family businesses, family offices and private trust companies.

Warren’s past experience includes representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a range of complex strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, complex joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. He has also represented public companies in capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and advised such clients with respect to securities compliance, corporate governance, and Exchange Act reporting. His experience includes transactions in energy, technology, manufacturing, and a range of other industries.
