Randy Glover is a partner in the Houston office of Ytterberg Deery Knull LLP. Randy’s practice is focused on representing private fiduciaries and family offices and advising high net worth families and individuals in their estate planning matters. 

Randy has considerable experience advising private trust companies in the administration of large trusts, including fiduciary issues, trust decanting and reformation, and making investments through trust-owned entities, including the formation, operation, taxation, and restructuring of such entities. He also advises wealthy families regarding the structure, formation, and operation of the family office. 

In addition, Randy has significant experience advising individual clients regarding their estate and wealth transfer planning, administration of estates and family trusts, and the formation, operation, and structuring family entities such as limited partnerships or limited liability companies.
