Perrin is a Partner in the Houston office of Ytterberg Deery Knull LLP. Perrin’s practice includes representing individuals, fiduciaries, and closely-held businesses in a wide range of matters, such as domestic and international estate and trust planning, estate and trust administration, including probate and contested matters, charitable planning, and business structuring, governance and succession. Perrin has extensive experience representing individual and corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries in connection with the administration of complex estates and trusts. His clients include senior executives of public and private corporations and principals of private equity funds and other types of investment funds.
Prior to joining Ytterberg Deery Knull, Perrin served as an Executive Director and trust counsel for Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC in New York, regularly advising Morgan Stanley and its affiliates on fiduciary and related matters, including advising investment professionals in connection with investment programs and strategies related to trusts and estates.
Perrin began his legal career with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York, where he was an associate attorney. At Sullivan & Cromwell, Perrin similarly represented individuals, fiduciaries and closely held businesses in a wide range of matters.
