Pam is a partner in the Houston office of Ytterberg Deery Knull LLP.  Her career has been dedicated to practicing in commercial real estate.  She represents clients who buy, sell, and develop retail shopping centers, residential subdivisions, office buildings, raw land, multi-family projects, condominiums, and industrial properties. Her practice includes negotiating construction and permanent loan documentation, primarily from the borrower side of the transaction. Pam has extensive experience in complex lease negotiations from both the Landlord and Tenant perspectives, and in title and survey review, and works to solve complicated title issues. She routinely assists family offices, high net worth individuals, and nonprofit entities with asset transfers and planning issues pertaining to real estate. Pam enjoys helping clients with buying and selling farm and ranch properties.
