Mike is an Associate in the Houston office of Ytterberg Deery Knull LLP. He represents clients in estate planning and wealth transfer matters with a focus on the income tax considerations that these matters create. Mike also plans strategies for gift, estate, and generation-skipping taxes, and assists clients with trust and estate administration. In addition, he has experience working with tax-exempt organizations and their charitable donors. Before attending law school, Mike worked for several years in the tax practices of public accounting firms, providing tax compliance services to partnerships and corporations.
