Joe is an Associate in the Houston office of Ytterberg Deery Knull LLP and focuses his practice on commercial real estate. He supports the firm’s family office, high net worth and non-profit clients with the ownership and transfer of real estate assets. Joe represents clients in the purchase, development and sale of commercial real estate projects, including negotiating purchase agreements and conducting title and survey review. His practice also includes negotiating lease agreements on both the landlord and tenant side of the transaction.

In addition, Joe has experience in corporate and finance matters such as commercial lending and financial transactions involving the acquisition and development of real estate, general working capital needs, and corporate and other asset acquisitions.
