Jessica is an Associate in the Houston office of Ytterberg Deery Knull LLP. Her practice focuses on corporate, transactional, and income tax matters for family offices, high net worth individuals, and closely held businesses, including the formation, management, and restructuring of business and investment entities. She has experience advising on entity governance matters, ownership transfers, corporate reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions on both the buyer and seller side.
Jessica brings a strong tax background to her corporate practice. Her experience includes tax research and analyses involving individuals, corporations, partnerships, and disregarded entities, as well as preparing documentation in connection with tax elections and related filings. She has represented clients in matters involving correspondence with the Internal Revenue Service and has advised on tax planning matters affecting family offices and complex multi-entity organizational structures. Jessica works closely with attorneys across practice areas to deliver integrated corporate and tax-focused guidance aligned with clients’ long-term planning objectives.
