Ali is an Associate in the Houston office of Ytterberg Deery Knull LLP. She supports the firm’s high net worth clients in the formation, management and restructuring of family business and investment entities and provides thoughtful analysis of an array of other corporate governance matters. Ali represents clients in developing entity structures to facilitate diverse interests within multi-generational families, including control, ownership and liability protections. She works closely with clients and their advisors to establish robust family governance structures specifically tailored to meet each family’s unique needs.

Ali is a seasoned corporate attorney whose experience includes mergers and acquisitions, project development, project finance and contract negotiations in the energy space.
