Founding partner Alan Ytterberg concentrates his practice on assisting high net worth individuals and families with all aspects of wealth planning and management including trusts and estate matters, with an emphasis on complicated or controverted trust and probate matters. He also represents individual and corporate fiduciaries and beneficiaries of trusts and estates.

Alan has extensive experience assisting wealthy families with navigating the complex rules and regulations of establishing and running family offices and private trust companies.  Additionally, Alan works with individuals and families requiring advice and assistance with international trust issues.
