Bryan's practice focuses on assisting high net worth domestic and international clients on various aspects of estate and trust planning and management.

In addition to tax planning for individuals, Bryan advises beneficiaries of trusts and estates, corporate and individual trustees, and family offices.

Bryan has experience representing multinational clients with cross-border tax and trust planning as well as assisting wealthy families create and operate private trust companies in multiple jurisdictions.  Throughout the representation of private trust companies, he has worked with state banking regulators and the Internal Revenue Service to help shape the complex rules regarding these fiduciaries.
